Ross Fuller has spent time in both the public and private sectors through his career where he has gained a strong background in managing teams, stakeholder engagement and regulatory compliance, all whilst working on land and environmental portfolio management. Ross brings a unique blend of environmental knowledge, hands-on experience, management skills and strategic insight to the role of Operations Manager, which aligns perfectly with AEP's mission to be a leading and growing environmental consultancy.

Meet Ross
Ross Fuller is AEP’s Operations Manager based in the Newcastle office, where he leads operational strategy and team coordination across a diverse portfolio of environmental projects. With a strong foundation in land management, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance, Ross brings strategic clarity and hands-on expertise that directly support AEP’s mission to deliver trusted, evidence-based environmental solutions.

Having worked as an Environment Manager and Team Leader for the Department of Defence, utility companies and in agriculture, Ross has experience guiding teams through complex operational challenges. He’s known for bridging policy and practice, having developed assessment models upheld in legal settings and directed ISO9001/ISO14001 audits across the Northern Territory.

Ross works closely with AEP’s leadership team to streamline field and office workflows, equipping teams and enhancing client outcomes. His collaborative work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities reflects a commitment to culturally respectful land management.

A Rugby Union enthusiast and lifelong learner, Ross embraces the Japanese Wabi Sabi philosophy - finding meaning in simplicity, imperfection, and being prepared for anything.
