Management Plans
Biodiversity values are identified, protected, and integrated into land use and development through informed, site-specific management planning.

Management Plans
At AEP, we are committed to restoring and building resilient ecosystems through tailored Management Plans that drive real on-ground environmental outcomes. We assess, prepare and monitor the progress of Bushland Regeneration Plans, Vegetation Management Plans, Fauna Management Plans, Weed Management Plans, Aquatic and Riparian Management Plans and Wildlife Management Strategies - ensuring that each site and its important species are managed with precision, care, and ecological integrity.

AEP’s Conservation Management team are qualified in Project Management and implementation of all Environmental Management Plans, with experience in briefing and managing Bush Regeneration contractors and other civil works contractors within and adjoining Conservation Management Lands.

Whether it is regenerating degraded land and aquatic ecosystems, supervising clearing to mitigate impacts on native fauna, or designing dewatering and aquatic fauna relocation plans, we bring expertise and proactive solutions to every project. Our accredited team works closely with government approvals at local, state, and federal levels, navigating complex environmental challenges with experience and confidence.

With a deep understanding of biodiversity, threatened species, and long-term site sustainability, we go beyond compliance; we craft strategies that lead to outcomes that make a lasting impact. From clearance supervision and habitat tree marking to nest box installation and remote species monitoring, AEP applies industry best practice and latest techniques to drive meaningful conservation outcomes.

Our proven track record spans projects such as the restoration of wetlands in Glenning Valley, large-scale riparian vegetation regeneration in Wyee, and implementing natural channel design (see Aquatic Ecology Services for more details).

We don’t just manage sites - we actively shape environments that support biodiversity, and build in resilience for years to come. At AEP, we turn challenges into opportunities for ecological sustainability and improvement.
